Eastern Vault Company (“EVCO”) has acquired Dellinger Precast in Denver, NC. Dellinger was founded in 1977 and provides high quality precast concrete solutions for a wide variety of applications from precast concrete manholes and storm drains to a range of products and services to support North Carolina and South Carolina’s department of transportation (DOT). This acquisition provides EVCO with a strategic geographic foothold along with complementary products. Dellinger operates on a 50-acre site with strong expansion capabilities.
