Darryl is a strategic leader who executes business strategies consistent with the best interests of shareholders, customers, employees and the public. Darryl is experienced in all aspects of business development and operations with an emphasis in creating sustainable businesses that enhance shareholder value and out-perform the market. Darryl has been a C – Level executive at various public and private equity owned organizations including Texas Instruments, Falcon Products, Brown Jordan International, Sagus International and Nudo.

He is currently the Chairman of the Board for Global Integrated Flooring Systems.

Darryl holds a BS in Industrial Management from Auburn University.
