Zander Holdings, LLC, through its subsidiary Zander Acquisition Inc., has acquired Exterior Building Services, Inc, (“EBS”). EBS, founded in 1979, is located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and provides commercial waterproofing, restoration, and air barrier services throughout the Twin Cities and upper Midwest.
