In 2001, Farley Windows Holding Co. acquired the stock of Farley Windows Ltd. and Farley Windows U.S.A, Inc. (collectively “Farley” or the “Company”), a vinyl window manufacturer located in Alexandria, Ontario, Canada and Messina, New York. Farley is a producer of medium-to-high end vinyl replacement and new construction windows for sale in the residential markets of Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic Provinces and the Eastern Seaboard and Mid-West of the United States. Farley was merged with another Canadian window manufacturer and taken public in 2004 via an Income Trust.
