In 2002, Furniture Technologies, LLC acquired the stock of Simple Design Manufacturing, Inc., dba Stanton International. Stanton International (“Stanton” or the “Company”) manufactures upholstered furniture in two manufacturing facilities located in Portland, OR and Stockton, CA.  In 2004, Stanton was sold to a financial sponsor.
