Cornerstone acquired RAD Technologies in 2006.  RAD Technologies, located in Thetford Mines, Quebec, Canada is leading manufacturer of industrial equipment and attachments for snow removal and general ground maintenance used along with commercial compact tractors (generally smaller tractors with 18-40 horsepower). The Company through its subsidiary, MS Gregson, also manufactures pull-type spraying equipment used in fertilizer applications and pressure washing equipment. RAD Technologies was sold to a strategic buyer in 2016.
