Jim Brennan is an accomplished international business leader with over 35-years of experience in C-Suite positions as CEO or COO/President for both public and private/private-equity owned companies with revenue from $100 million to $1 billion+. Jim has extensive experience in precision manufacturing/assembly, natural chemicals and “heavy-side” construction materials industries. His breathe of operations include both domestic and international companies at both the corporate and operating levels.
Jim is currently a Board Director of Eastern Vault/Evercast and President of DiGioia Gray, a specialized Technology and Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, and Electrical engineering company.

He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University and an MBA in Finance and Management from Duquesne University.
