Atlantic Plywood Corporation is the leading regional distributor of high quality interior-grade hardwood plywood products, overlay panels and other related interior specialty wood panel products throughout New England, New York, New Jersey and Virginia. Cornerstone and another private equity firm acquired Atlantic in 1999. Atlantic was sold to its employees in an ESOP transaction in 2008.
